PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely carry a panel by supporting the tip part of the panel by the receiving support part of a traveling body, and pushing and carrying the traveling body by the carrying force of a carrying conveyor. SOLUTION: A wall panel 1 is dispensed at the starting point of a panel carrying area by the carrying force of a carrying conveyor 31, and its tip part is received and supported by the receiving support part 49 of a traveling body 42. The traveling body 42 is traveled along a guide rail 41 by the panel pushing force by the carrying force of the carrying conveyor 31 while supporting the tip part of the wall panel 1 by the receiving support part 49 until the tail end part of the wall panel 1 leaves the carrying end of the carrying conveyor 31. After the wall panel 1 reaches the terminal point side of the panel carrying area, and the tail end part of the wall panel 1 leaves the carrying end of the carrying conveyor 31, the tail end part of the wall panel 1 is brought up by an operator, and the traveling body 42 is traveled to the terminal point of the panel carrying area.
