PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of positional displacement of an electric wire for detection by regulating the displacement of the intersection part of the electric wire for detection to a front by a stopper part even when a rotor is brought into contact with the return part of the electric wire for detection and is exerted with strong tensile force to the electric wire. SOLUTION: A stopper part 12 is arranged at a holder 10, and two extension parts 22 extending from the return part 21 of an electric wire 20 for detection are caused to cross each other in the vicinity of the rear of the stopper part 12, and a crossing state is held by a cable band 13 (a holding means). By hooking the intersection part 23 of the electric wire 20 for detection at the stopper part 12 from a rear, the displacement of the electric wire 20 for detection to a front is regulated. Since the displacement of the electric wire 20 for detection to the front of the intersection part 23 is regulated by the stopper part 12, even when a rotor R is brought into contact with the return part 21 of the electric wire 20 for detection and a strong tensile force is exerted, positional displacement of the electric wire 20 for detection to a front is reliably prevented from occurring.
