PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a space utilization factor by reducing an influence to a secondary sound source of exhaust gas. SOLUTION: This electronic silencer device comprises a primary microphone RM picking up a sound generated from a sound source and propagated in a duct D, secondary sound sources 1 to 4 releasing a control sound for negating the sound generated from the sound source into the duct, and a secondary microphone EM picking up a resultant sound in which the generated sound from the sound source and the released control sound from the secondary sound sources 1 to 4 interfere with each other. An output of the primary microphone RM is adjusted so as to minimize an output of the secondary microphone EM, to be supplied to the secondary sound sources 1 to 4. Secondary sound source ducts 9 to 12 connecting the secondary sources 1 to 4 and the duct D are formed in a shape bent along a surface at a right angle to an axial line of the duct D.
