PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the dimensional stability of a low heat shrinking supporting body after heat developing by a method wherein a layer, having a specified thickness and comprising a copolymer including the repeating unit of polyvinylidene chloride monomer having a specified compounding ratio, is provided on both sides of a polyester film to specify the change of size after the development. SOLUTION: In a low heat shrinking supporting body and a heat developing picture photosensitive material, a moisture preventing layer, having a thickness of 1μm or more and containing at least a copolymer comprising at least 70 wt.% of repeating unit of polyvinylidene chloride monomer, is provided on both sides of a polyester film consisting of an aromatic calboxylic acid and ethylene glycol. In this case, the change of sizeΔL after heat developing, which is given by a formula, is within the range of 0-0.029% in both of widthwise direction and lengthwise direction. In the formula, L120 shows a size after being left to stand for 120 min under the condition of 25 deg.C and a relative humidity of 75% after heat developing for 30 sec at 115 deg.C, and L3 shows a size after being left to stand for 120 min under the condition of relative humidity of 75% at 25 deg.C after developing for 30 sec at 115 deg.C.
