PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a seating position on a seat variable in a longitudinal direction, to simplify constitution for the case where the seat is turned from 'a seating posture' to be variable to 'a compact storing posture', and to facilitate working for the respective changing cases. SOLUTION: A supporting means 7 for a seat 4 is provided with front and rear legs 13, 14 extended from a seat cushion 8, front and rear upper pivoting tools 15, 16 for pivoting the legs 13, 14 to the seat cushion 8, a front lower pivoting tool 17 for pivoting the leg 13 to a floor panel 2, and a locking tool 18 for locking disengageably a lower end part of the leg 14 to the floor panel 2 and for pivoting it turnably. A turn preventing means 38 is provided to prevent turning of the legs 13, 14 with respect to the seat cushion 8. The seat 4 is made turnable reciprocatingly toward a front upper direction around the front lower pivoting tool 17.
