PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fittings structure, its manufacturing method and a warp straightening device capable of easily straightening warp. SOLUTION: A fittings body and a warp straightening device 2 with a band body 31 assembled to the fittings body are provided. The fittings body is provided with a stanchion such as a right longitudinal stanchion 13, and a front panel member 9a and a rear panel member 9b bonded to both front and rear s ides of the stanchion. A long groove 16 formed along the longitudinal direction is formed at the front side inner surface of the right longitudinal stanchion 13, and the band body 31 of the warp straightening device 2 is disposed along this long groove 16. The front panel member 9a is formed of a member thicker than the rear panel member 9b, and both panel members 9a, 9b are bonded to the stanchion 13 to previously make the fittings body swell out onto the front face side from the rear face side to warp. A bolt member 51 provided at the warp straightening device 2 is then rotated to pull the band body 31, and force that opposes warp is applied to the fittings body to put it in a tense state to straighten the warp, thus obtaining fittings.
