PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a small cover not to be an obstacle to the feet by swingably suspending the small cover from a cover, and covering a rear end of a lower rail projecting from an upper rail with the small cover when a seat cushion is slid. SOLUTION: When a seat is moved to a position near the frontmost part as shown by an arrow, a right upper rail 15, a reclining cover 6 and a rail end cover are moved forward with respect to a right lower rail 14. Whereby a rear end 14a of the right lower rail 14 is projected from the right upper rail 15, a covering part of a rail end cover is upwardly swung while pressed to the rear end 14a of the right lower rail 14, and the covering part covers the rear end 14a of the right lower rail 14. On this occasion, the rear end 14a of the right lower rail 14 is covered over four faces, that is, a flat part, the side parts and an end part, and not exposed to the external completely, whereby the appearance can be improved. The rear end 14a of the lower rail 14 can be covered with the simple structure by the rail end cover.
