PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retaining wall construction method capable of curtailing a construction period since a temporary method aiming at bedrock holding is not required while having few work items, eliminating back-filling since no excessive excavation can be made, decreasing dealing of surplus soil, eliminating the securement of a supplying or temporary placing yard for purchasing soil with the back-filling, eliminating the execution of dangerous and tough block masonry as a machine-centered execution for working in addition to constitution mentioned above and being safely executed. SOLUTION: An oblique wall 12 of an improved body or concrete is constructed at a specific position/angle by mixing hardener while excavating/ stirring ground in the oblique direction by an in-site ground stirring and mixing handling machine or a concrete pile driving machine. Since after or before, a rear drainage layer 13 filled with drain material is constructed backward of an oblique wall 12, a bedrock on the front side of the oblique wall 12 is excavated up to a planned depth by means of excavation machinery such as back hoe, clamshell, etc., and after the excavation, the oblique wall 12 is bored up to the rear drainage layer to make a dewatering treatment 14.
