PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide resin compositions composed of a polylactic acid and an aliphatic polyester carbonate which have sufficient heat-resistant temperature for practical purposes, and moldability, heat resistance, solvent resistance and high mechanical strength, and molded products thereof. SOLUTION: Resin compositions mainly comprise (A) a polylactic acid and (B) an aliphatic polyester carbonate. More specifically, the resin compositions have a Vicat softening point of not lower than 60 deg.C, a tensile modulus of not less than 0.9 GPa and a flexural modulus of not less than 0.6 GPa, and a mixing weight ratio [(A)/(B)] of the polylactic acid (A) to the aliphatic polyester carbonate (B) of 95:5 to 5:95.
