PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen cooker in which a suitable timing for raising materials to be cooked or the like from a cooking vessel heated by a burner can be readily known. SOLUTION: A kitchen cooker comprises a burner 2 for heating a cooking vessel 3, a temperature sensor 5 for detecting the temperature of the cooking vessel 3 and a control unit 6 (heating amount control means) for controlling the heating amount of the burner 2 so as to maintain the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 5 at setting temperature corresponding to temperature suitable for cooking materials to be cooked in the cooking vessel 3. A timer 11 is provided for starting to measure time when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 5 is lowered to temperature lower than the setting temperature at prescribed speed or higher. A display part (informing means) 12 and a buzzer 17 are provided for informing that the measured time of the timer 11 reaches prescribed time or more.
