AEROSOL DISPENSER EQUIPPED WITH PLASTIC SPHERICAL CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aerosol dispenser which is appropriately resistive against internal vacuum by making up the dispenser out of thermoplastic plastics for which the glass transition temperature is higher than a specified degree of temperature. SOLUTION: A dispenser container 2 has an opening whereon a distributing valve 16 is attached and is made of thermoplastic plastics for which the glass transition temperature is higher than an approximate degree of 80 deg.C. In this case, the container 2 is made up of a wall (except a neck part and a bottom part) in the thickness of 0.15 to 0.5 mm. A rim 6 whereon a valve supporting plate 8 is fixed is provided by means of compression at the opening formed at the opening end of the neck part 4. A push button 22 for distributing products in the form of small splashes of spray is attached to the valve 16. The container 2 including the neck part 4 and a base part 20 is made of thermoplastic plastics polymer comprising of a unit made up of polyethylene terephtlate(PET) and polyethylene naphthalate(PEN). Mol ratio of PET/PEN in the copolymer is approximately 10/90.
