PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and safely take out a packed article out of a packaging bag made of a non-directional material by parallelly forming two rows of perforations on one side face of a packaging bag, forming one end of these perforations to have a V-shape and close it, and further sticking an adhesive tape so as to cover the perforations. SOLUTION: Two rows of perforations 2, 3 are parallelly formed on one side face of a packaging bag 1, and one end of the perforations is formed to make a V-shape and close it. A wider adhesive tape 4 than respective perforations 2, 3 is stuck so as to cover these perforations 2, 3. Further, cellophane, paper, etc., is stuck to the end of the adhesive tape 4 of the V-shaped side end of respective perforations 2, 3 to form a lug 5. By pulling the lug 5, the packaging bag 1 is torn together with the adhesive tape 4 along respective perforations 2, 3. A packed article can be easily and safely taken out of the widely opened mouth. Accordingly, the article can be efficiently taken out of the packaging bag made of a material such as a non-directional synthetic resin without use of a cutter.
