<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize whether the start of a blood pressure measurement is close to a state to be judged or not by displaying blood pressure related information which is determined in order, and an abnormal judgement reference value on graphs which are provided on a display apparatus in a manner to be comparable. SOLUTION: An estimated blood pressure value determining means 78 determines an estimated blood pressure value in order based on an actual brain wave propagating time of an organism which is calculated by a brain wave propagating speed information calculating means 74 in order by a corresponding relationship formula between a blood pressure value of the organism and the brain wave propagating time of the organism. Based on a fact that the determined estimated blood pressure value has exceeded an abnormal judgement reference value set in advance, a blood pressure measurement starting means 86 starts a blood pressure measurement by a blood pressure measuring means 70, and blood pressure related information which is used for the judgement of the starting, and the abnormal judgement reference value which is set in advance regarding the blood pressure related information, are comparably displayed on graphs provided on a display apparatus 32 by a graph displaying means 90.</p> |
