PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain two sheet-like films having good properties and appearances in a thermoplastic resin inflation film exhibiting an anisotropy at the time of melting. SOLUTION: In the case of generating two sheet-like films by using an inflation molding machine, first a pair of stable plates 54a, 54b are previously disposed so that their front edges Ha, Hb become substantially parallel to a line P for connecting centers of supports 6a, 6b. The air is blown into a molten resin extruded in a cylindrical state from an inflation molding die 50 to expand the resin, thereby generating a cylindrical film. The cylindrical film is flattened by the plates 54a, 54b, and taken off by a pinch roll. Both side edges of the cylindrical film are cut at a slit to generate two sheet-like films. These sheet- like films are continuously wound by a winder. |
