PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of positional displacement of an electric wire for detection by regulating a displacement to a front through hooking operation of the electric wire for detection at the bent part against a holding member. SOLUTION: A holder member 30 holds an electric wire 20 for detection in a state to wind the electric wire such that a hook against a tension from a front is generated, and the holding member 30 is contained in the fitting part of a holder 10. In this case, the holding member 30 is regulated from a displacement to a front relative to the holder 10. Since the displacement to a front of the electric wire 20 for detection against the holding member 30 is regulated by hooking operation at the bent part thereof, even when a rotor R is brought into contact with the return part 21 of the electric wire 20 for detection and a strong tensile force is exerted, positional displacement of the electric wire 20 for detection to a front is reliably prevented from occurring.
