<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose metal fitting having no oil leakage, a strong neck part and low production costs, its manufacturing method and a brake hose. SOLUTION: A work 16 having a columnar part 13 and a spherical part 14 on a coaxial line is molded by forging, the spherical part 14 of the work 16 and the columnar part 13 in its vicinity are crushed to be formed in a disk- like rib component connecting part 18 and a flat plate-like neck part 4, the disk-like rib component connecting part 18 is pierced to be formed in a ring-like component connecting part 3, and a hose connecting part 2 is formed from the remaining uncrushed part of the columnar part 13.</p> |
