PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a rigid-surface loose buffer material being used as a buffer material of a packaging filling material and having high surface rigidity. SOLUTION: A raw material is constituted of a vegetable foaming agent, a starch-series additive, polypropylene resin and water and selected-grain-shaped industrial wastes constituted mainly of grain husks are used for the foaming agent. As for mix proportion rates in gross weight of the foaming agent, the additive and the resin, the mix proportion rate of the additive is made 10% and that of the resin 25-50%, and the raw material for the mixture is mixed by using a mixer 1. The mixed raw material is charged in a high-temperature heating type extruder, while the water of the raw material is supplied from the front of the extruder 2 at a charge rate suitable for foaming conditions for the mixed raw material, and a string-shaped matter extruded from the extruder 2 is cut by using a cutter 3 in a state of high temperature. According to this constitution, a rigid-surface loose buffer material can be obtained. |
