PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the apperance and the manufacturability by forming one deep drawing part to be contacted with a cover for screwing, and a plurality of claw parts to be hooked on an angle adjustment mechanism side integrally with a cover. SOLUTION: A reclining cover 6 is mounted on an angle adjustment mechanism 3. The circular claw parts 34 of a reclining cover 6 are hooked on a fringe part 24 of the angle adjustment mechanism 3, the folded parts 35 of the reclining cover 6 are hooked on a rear edge part 66 of the angle adjustment mechanism 3, and the claw parts 33 of the reclining cover 6 are hooked on an intermediate upper edge part 54 of the angle adjustment mechanism 3. Then the screws are inserted into the deep drawing parts 28 of the reclining cover 6 to be threaded into the nuts of the projecting parts 22 of the angle adjustment mechanism 3. Whereby the assembling of the relining cover 6 to the angle adjustment mechanism 3 is completed. The screws and the deep drawing parts 28 are inconspicuous from the external, so that the apperance can be improved. A plurality of claw parts to be hooked on the deep drawing parts 28 and the angle adjustment mechanism 3 are formed integrally with the reclining cover 6.
