PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid difficulty of the movement of a saw flange to a rotating shaft even when saw dusts having various sizes adhere onto the surface of the rotating shaft, onto which circular saws are to be slidably and fixably installed. SOLUTION: On the surface of the circular saw sliding region (or the circular saw fixing part) of a rotating shaft 4, a groove 40 intersecting with the axial direction of the rotating shaft 4 is produced. When each saw flange 20 slides on the rotating shaft 4, comparatively larger saw dusts are scraped off by the edge of the saw flange 20, while powdery dusts, each of which has so small a size as to enter between the saw flange 20 and the rotating shaft 4, are pushed in the groove 40 at the crossing of the saw flange 20 over the groove 40, resulting in preventing the saw flange 40 from becoming the hindrance factor of its sliding against the rotating shaft 4.
