PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the performance of installing jobs and adjusting jobs to be performed on a cutting device. SOLUTION: Sewing facilities for producing pocket openings provided with piping in dress material are provided with stands to support a work plate 2 and constituted. A cutting device 44 for producing corner cuts in the material is disposed below the work plate 2. The cutting device 44 is supported at a supporting part 53 in contact with the stands which pivot on an axis. As a result, it is possible to move the cutting device 44 to a location unconstrained by the work plate 2.
