摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for specifically designed pump-equipment and facilitate application to existing tanks. SOLUTION: In a storehouse having tanks 1 and 2 storing the same kinds of liquids, liquid transfer pipes 9 and 10 are inserted in the existing pipings 3 and 4 of the tanks 1 and 2, respectively, and the transfer pipes 9 and 10 are connected together. The connecting part and the liquid transfer pipes 9 and 10 are filled with the liquid, and stocks in the tanks 9 and 10 are made even by the use of siphonage. In the system, by providing a manual valve in some midpoint in each of the transfer pipes, a liquid level can be set arbitrarily by siphonage caused by the opening/closing operation of the valve. Further, by providing an automatic valve, upon receiving a signal from a stock detection means for detecting the stocks in the tanks, the automatic valve is opened in the case where a difference that is equal to or larger than a fixed amount occurs in stock between the tanks, and the automatic valve is closed when the stock reach an arbitrary set value.
