PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing sheet wherein chemical resistance and smoothness are improved. SOLUTION: An under layer 3 composed of an adhesive is provided on one or both faces of a base 2, and a top layer 4 composed of a single substance or a mixture of urethane resin or polyester resin is provided on the under layer 3. The top layer 4 is applied not by direct coating, but by forming beforehand a film composed of a single substance or a mixture of urethane resin or polyester resin and adhering the film to the under layer 3.
