PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cam from rotating in the regular rotating direction or rotating in the reverse direction to increase the idling torque of a spring clutch, when a driven member is abutted to the cam. SOLUTION: A cleaning roller contacting/separating cam 20 is rotated round a rotation center 21b so that a cleaning roller swing plate 5m is swung, and an electrostatic charging roller 5f is contacted with and separated from an intermediate transcribing belt 5a. The center 27 of a circular arced part 20a of this cam 20 is set lower than the rotation center 21b so that a vertical resisting force acting on the cam 20 located in the specified place from the swing plate 5m through the contact serves as a force to rotate the cam 20 in the reverse direction (indicated by Arrow A). A one-way clutch is installed so that the cam 20 is rotated by this force.
