PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for collecting dusts including a line charge device and a precipitation module capable of forming a high electric field, which can decrease atmospheric discharge rate of the dust with reduced cost. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a housing with a dust gas in and out tube, a plurality of precipitation groups, a hopper part for gathering collected dust of the precipitation groups, a plurality of line charge devices(20) installed in the housing to be separated from each other and arranged at the front part of the precipitation groups for dropping resistance value of the absorbed dusts and line charging dusts come in by discharge electrode(30) by maintaining high or low temperature by heating agent or coolant, and a dust collecting part placed at a fixed interval from the line charge device for pushing the line charged dust by discharge electrode to be absorbed or adhered to a precipitation plate(10). The line charge device and the precipitation groups as a dust collecting module(40) are placed between the outlet part of the housing and the last precipitation group.
