PURPOSE: A method for re-transmitting a call processing message transmits again an invalid cell processing message at a present time point. CONSTITUTION: In the enhanced call processing message retransmission method in a telecommunication system, a upper hierarchy divides a call processing message into a new information transmission message and a general call processing message, displays the call processing message on a message state block, and transmits it to a link processing control hierarchy. A link processing control hierarchy receives the message state block, and checks whether the message state block is a new information transmission message. If the new information transmission message is determined, the method checks whether a previous new information transmission message is at a re-transmission. If the re-transmission state is determined, the method stops (209) a previous new information transmission message retransmission step, and transmits (211) a newly generated new information transmission message. Thereby, a waste of a common channel is prevented, and a power consumption is prevented. |
