DEVICE FOR DRIVING A BIT LINE SENSE AMPLIFIER

PURPOSE: A device for driving a bit line sense amplifier is provided to make a potential of a bit line be sensed more quickly by charging the bit line with a precharge level. CONSTITUTION: In a device for driving a bit line sense amplifier, a pull-up driving part drives a bit line with an external power supply voltage level(VCC) and an internal power supply voltage level(VDC). A pull-down driving part drives the bit line with a ground voltage level(VSS). An equalizer equalizes the pull-up driving part and the pull-down driving part in response to an equalization signal(EQ). The pull-up driving part pulls up the bit line with a sub bias voltage level(VBB) instead of the external power supply voltage when enabling the sense amplifier. The equalization part receives an equalization signal, in which a signal of a boosting level is added, when pre charging the bit line.
