PURPOSE: An intelligent garage sensor attached to a vehicle is provided which contains a cheap micro-controller to obtain a sensor output with excellent resolution and performance. CONSTITUTION: An intelligent garage sensor included in a vehicle includes a temperature sensor for sensing temperature, a signal processor for processing a signal sensed by the temperature sensor, and a micro-controller having a correction module(4) for converting the analog signal of the signal processor into a digital signal, comparing input data with previously stored data to correct the data and outputting the data to an ECU. The correction module includes an A/D converter(10) for converting input analog temperature data into digital data, a PROM(11) for comparing the temperature data with predetermined temperature data to correct the data, and the first adder(12) for adding the corrected data to a constant(C10). The correction module further has the second adder(13) for adding an offset from the PROM to a constant(C00), a multiplier(14) for multiplying a signal from the garage sensor by the signal from the first adder, the third adder(15) for adding the output of the multiplier to the output of the second adder, and a buffer(16) for buffering the output of the third adder to output the buffered signal to the ECU.
