PURPOSE: A video data transmission system for a video communication is provided to maximize the transmission efficiency according to a block transmission by separating one frame of video data as the unit of block, and to prevent a communication error by normally forming a video frame. CONSTITUTION: A video data transmission system is composed of a server(20) which connects a plurality of video communication terminals(10-1,10-2,---10-n) with video communication terminals(10-1,10-2,---10-n). The first video communication terminal(10-1) is equipped with a control unit(12) and a video signal processing unit(14). The control unit(12) operates a video communication program operates a video communication program. The video signal processing unit(14) encodes/decodes an input video signal inputted from a camera and an output video signal outputted to a monitor. The video signal processing unit(14) is equipped with two buffers(14-1,14-2) store video data received from another video communication terminals.
