摘要 PURPOSE: A DC power generation circuit for driving a liquid crystal display is provided to achieve the effects of high efficiency, low power consumption, high temperature characteristic according to the temperature characteristic of passive element and cost saving. CONSTITUTION: A common emitter amplification part(100) is composed of a first resistance(R1), a capacity(C1), a second resistance(R2), a third resistance(R3), a fourth resistance(R4), a fifth resistance(R5), an NPN transistor(Q1), a sixth resistance(R6) and a capacitor(C2). A charge pump part(200) comprises a capacitor(C3) connected to the contacts of the resistance(R4,R5), a diode(D1) connected to the capacitor(C3), a diode(D2) connected to the diode(D1) and a capacitor(C4) connected between the anode and earth terminal of the diode(D2). An output part(300) consists of a seventh resistance(R7), an NMOS transistor(M1) of which a gate is connected to the contacts of the diode(D2) and the capacitor(C3), a drain is connected to the resistance(R7) and a source is earthened, and a capacitor(C4) connected between the source of NMOS transistor and the earth terminal.
