PURPOSE: Apparatus for controlling playing machine is provided, which makes it impossible to grasp occurrent timing for big prize winning using "suspended substrate" so that it allows to prevent injustice act with the suspended substrate and the like. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus is characterized by possessing a mean for controlling playing via random numbers, count circuit to be renewed depending the controlled playing condition by the mean for controlling, and a mean for producing random numbers based on a value of count circuit.
