PURPOSE: A structure is provided to prevent a cap from shaking vertically and horizontally by installing a simple device. CONSTITUTION: A structure connects a floating bar fixed in a cap and a bridge fixed in a sash with a lateral rod and absorbs upward and downward vibration since one end of an air spring(6) is fixed in the floating bar and the other end is fixed in both wing brackets of the bracket. The upper part of the wing bracket installs a bracket(12) forming a bolt hole(16), the outer shell of the air spring inserts an inner rubber(10) into the outer circumference of the outer shell, and The inner rubber(10) is surrounded with an eye brachet(11) on the periphery. Then the eye bracket is fixed in the bracket with a bolt(13) in order to prevent the cap from shaking.
