TELEPHONE NUMBER SEARCHING DEVICE AND METHOD

PURPOSE: An apparatus of retrieving telephone numbers for supporting automatic telephone connection is provided to connect an Internet web browser with a telephone web server, so as to make a telephone number retrieved by a user on the Internet automatically dialed to be connected to a telephone. CONSTITUTION: A web browser(200) is connected to a web server(210) to receive a telephone number service. A telephone plug-in(230) extracts a telephone number from a telephone number database(220) connected to the web server(210), by a telephone number retrieval request of the web browser(200), and retrieves the extracted telephone number. The telephone plug-in(230) automatically dials the retrieved telephone number to connect with a telephone(240).
