PURPOSE: A method capable of easily searching a page in which data is stored by storing a teletext data in a final page when a main power of a television receiver is turned off is provided. CONSTITUTION: In a method for storing a teletext data of a television receiver, it is judged whether a main power of the television receiver is in a turn-on state. When the main power of the television receiver is in a turn-on state, it is judged whether the television receiver is in a turn-on state. When the television receiver is in a turn-on state, it is judged whether a teletext mode is in a turn-on state. When the teletext mode is in a turn-on state, a last page is executed. It is judged whether the teletext mode is in a turn-off state. When the teletext mode is in a turn-off state, it is judged whether the main power of the television receiver is in a turn-off state. When the main power of the television receiver is in a turn-on state, a teletext data is stored in the last page.
