PURPOSE: A structure of outdoor heat exchanger for air conditioner is provided to allow the outdoor heat exchanger to be easily assembled and achieve an improved energy efficiency ratio by simplifying the connection structure of connection pipe of outdoor heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: An outdoor heat exchanger(40) which is arranged upright has a plurality of refrigerant pipes(40a) inserted in two columns into the outdoor heat exchanger, and a U-shaped hair pin(40b) which allows the refrigerant to flow in zigzag through the refrigerant pipe so as to form first and second refrigerant pass lines(41,42) having refrigerant inlet ports(41a,42a) and refrigerant outlet ports(41b,42b). Refrigerant inlet ports(41a,42a) of first and second refrigerant pass lines(41,42) are directly connected to first and second connection pipes(100,110) for allowing the refrigerant which is compressed into high temperature high pressure by first and second compressors(30,31) to flow into the outdoor heat exchanger.
