VIDEO CONFERENCE APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A video conference apparatus is provided to enable developers to develop an efficient program by enabling the developers to concentrate on transmitting and receiving real data. CONSTITUTION: A protocol processing unit(20a) receives a request from an H.323 terminal(20b) and processes a protocol. The protocol processing unit(20a) tries to connect through a well-known protocol in order to connect to the other protocol processing unit(22a). The other protocol processing unit(22a) transmits an altering and a connect message. The other protocol processing unit(22a) informs an H3.23 terminal(20b) that an H3.23 process is completed and continuously performs an H.245 protocol. The protocol processing unit(20a) performs an H.245 TCP connection using an H.245 address and port information. After the H2.45 protocol is performed, the protocol processing unit(20a) informs the H.323 processing unit(20b) of RTP/RTCP information.
