BRIDGE PANEL STRAIGHTENING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A straightening system for a panel is provided to increase the efficiency of a panel assembling process as well as to keep accuracy and to improve product quality by straightening a deformed panel with supporting rollers and straightening rollers and by individually adjusting the position of many supporting rollers and straightening rollers. CONSTITUTION: A panel welded with a reinforcement member enters in a straightening machine through an entrance-guiding unit. A frame (2) of the straightening machine consists of many supporting rollers (4) rotated by a motor (3). A supporter (10) is horizontally moved along a rack (9) on the bottom of a rail (8) with two pairs of straightening rollers (12) in a bracket (11). After straightening, the panel is discharged through an exit transfer device. Thus, the panel is transferred on the supporting rollers to the bracket to be straightened by two pairs of straightening rollers.
