发明名称 METHOD OF PREPARING A BIAXIALLY ORIENTED WHITE-COLORED POLYPROPYLENE FILM HAVING TRI LAYERS
摘要 PURPOSE: A production method of white three layered polypropylene film oriented biaxially is provided to improve surface property, hiding ability, electrical controlling ability and printability by preparing surface layers with white particles on both sides of polypropylene film and applying acrylic resin on one and quaternary ammonium on the other one of the surface layers. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing white three layered polypropylene film comprises using propylene resin having melting index of 1-20(g/10min) and melting point of 140-180 deg.C as a core layer and attaching surface layers containing 1-10wt.% of white inorganic particles with 0.1-2 micrometers of particle size on both sides of the propylene resin. The method also includes applying 10-50 wt.% of acrylic resin on one side and 1-10 wt.% of quaternary ammonium(formula 1) on the other side of the surface layers in thickness of 100-300 Angstrom and 200-600 Angstrom, respectively.
