AUTOMATIC SUPPLYING MACHINE OF REINFORCING ROD FOR MANUFACTURING OF DEFORMED BAR MESH IN CONSTRUCTION

PURPOSE: An automatic different linear reinforcing bar supplier is provided to produce various shapes of welding bar-meshes by alternatively and intermittently supplying vertical bars and horizontal bars in different length and thickness. CONSTITUTION: An automatic supplier for the different linear reinforcing bars of a welding bar-mesh contains plural hoppers storing different grouped different reinforcing bars; plural lift arms (3,23) supporting the reinforcement bars supporting steel wires, in both sides of the hoppers and rotating in a regular angle to move the steel wires down separately; and first driving devices (4,5,24,25) giving rotational force to the lift arms. The plural hoppers consist of a first and a second loading bar (2,22). The first loading bar supports long steel wires and the second loading bar supports short and thick steel wires. Plural magnetic chucks (6,26) to transfer the steel wires using magnetic force with magnets (7,27), plural first chutes (8,28) to transfer the steel wires from the magnets of the first magnetic chucks and plural second driving devices (9,10,29,30) giving rotational force to the first magnetic chucks, are placed in the lower slant end of the first and the second loading bar. The first chutes contain a dividing plate to separate the attachment portion of the steel wires at the first rotating point of the first magnetic chucks. In one side of the first chutes, plural second magnetic chucks (11,31) and third driving devices (13,14,33,34) are formed. Then, the steel wires attached on the second magnetic chucks, is hooked up by a protrusion (15a) of a loading cam (15) to move to a sliding chute (18) and a welding unit.
