The implant consists of an articulated joint component (2) and a fastening component (11) for fixing it to a bone cavity. The fastening component is in the form of a titanium strap with fixing holes (10) in at least one end and designed to engage with a groove (6) in the surface of the joint component. Variants of the design include a strap with lateral extensions or a ring engaging with an annular groove in the joint component.
