PURPOSE: A co-extruding polyester sheet with high transparence is provided to have good transparence and formability, have the improved antistatic, blocking and slip properties, and be used for various application such as packing material, decorative case and container. CONSTITUTION: A co-extruding polyester sheet comprises core layer and surface layer. The core layer comprises polyester resin having limit viscosity of 0.6-1.0 dl/g, glass transition temperature(Tg) of 85deg.C and crystallization temperature(Tc) of 170-190deg.C. The polyester resin comprises at least 60% by weight of ethylene terephthalate. The surface layer is produced by adding to the polyester resin 0.01-1% by weight of sulfonic acid metal salt derivatives represented by formula 1 or 2, and 0.01-1% by weight of at least on inorganic particles having mean particle size of 0.01-0.5micormeter. The sulphonic acid has acidity of 0.01-1.0mgKOH/g. The inorganic particle is selected from silica, alumina and calcium carbonate. In formula 1 and formula 2, R1 is C1-10 alkyl group; R2 is C8-C25 alkyl group; M is alkali earth metal or alkali metal selected from Li, Na, K and Mg.
