Process for drying thin films applied to a work piece, such that air with a relative humidity of between 0 and 5 g vapour content per m<3> dry air is passed over and/or around the work piece.Also claimed is an arrangement for drying thin films of e.g. paint or adhesive applied to a work piece. The arrangement includes a cooler for the purpose of condensation, and a heater (6) to re-heat the circulated air. A housing (11) is provided for the work pieces (9) to be dried, together with a fan (7) to circulate the air around the system.
