<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for a toll receiving system capable of providing travel necessary time information corresponding to road states without traveling a test travel vehicle. SOLUTION: In the information processor for a toll receiving system, an on-vehicle unit carried in a vehicle transmits a recognition code to a roadside unit installed at the roadside of a toll road, and receives information regarding a toll including the time from the roadside unit. The processor receives the code and its toll information and receives the toll corresponding to the toll information from the account of a financial institution corresponding to the received code. The processor comprises a memory means (S18) for storing the code, and a name and the time of an installing ground point of the roadside unit included in the toll information, a calculating means (S24) for calculating a travel necessary time of the vehicle between the installing ground points of the roadside units based on the code and the name and the time of the point stored in the memory means (S18), and an informing means (S30) for informing the travel necessary time calculated by the calculating means (S24).</p> |
