PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save electric power to display on an information display board by displaying information of an opposite vehicle at a point of low visibility only while a vehicle to be informed of the information passes by the information display plate after the vehicle enters the area. SOLUTION: A sensor device 1b detects an obstacle 5b or a vehicle 4b present in an area (b) and outputs its detection output to a sensor information processor 2. On the other hand, it is decided whether a vehicle 4a is present or not based on the detection of a sensor device 1a, and when the vehicle 4a is present, the presence of the obstacle 5b or the vehicle 4b as an oncoming vehicle to the vehicle 4a needs to be reported, so that the sensor information processor 2 converts the detection information inputted from the sensor device 1a into notification information to the driver and outputs it to the information display plate 3a. The information display plate 3a informs the driver of the vehicle 4a of the presence of the obstacle 5b or vehicle 4b. The display on the information display plate 3a is made only while the vehicle 4a passes by the information display plate 3 after the vehicle enters the area (a).
