PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently perform heat exchange, to make an inside surface difficult to be stained and to surely prevent transition of offensive odors from a heat exchange medium to a fluid to be transported. SOLUTION: This tube is provided with an internal layer 2, a first glue layer 3, a gas barrier layer 4, a second glue layer 5 and an external layer 6 which are coated in order from an inside. The internal layer 2 is made of one of polytetrafluoroethylene, hexafluoropropylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer and tetrafuoroethylene-perflouroalkyl ether copolymer for which surface treatment and polymer treatment by a metallic sodium method are applied on external surfaces. The first and second glue layers 3, 5 are made of adhesive having heat conductivity. The gas barrier layer 4 is made of a thin film metal having heat conductivity. The external layer 6 is made of a heat conductive resin.
