PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for floor heating to reduce weight and cost. SOLUTION: A heating fluid ducting pipe 25 is provided to guide heating fluid to the surface side of a surface steel plate 28 spanning between floor joists for a building floor. Flange parts 29 hooked on the upper surface of the floor joist are arranged at the edge parts on both sides of the surface steel plate 28. A heat insulation filler 27, with which the back side of the surface steel plate 28 is filled and which is molded and fixed on the back of the surface steel plate 28 and in which a heating fluid conducting pipe 25 is embedded, is arranged. The inner end of the flange part 29 is extended in the internal part of the heat insulation filler 27 for embedding, and an impact buffering material 40 is stuck on the outer surface of the heat insulation filler 27. |
