PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately insulate a vibration and to prevent a noise by a cheap diaphragm having a high reliability by extending the diaphragm at at least one portion of a surface in a non-flat state. SOLUTION: This rubber base substantially comprises both chambers 4, 5 filled with a shock absorbing fluid. At this time, for example, the chamber 5 is constituted as a compensation chamber for receiving a non-pressure shock absorbing medium from the chamber 4. Both chambers 4, 5 are separated by a partition wall 9 each other. The shock absorbing medium flows from one chamber to the other chamber through a shock absorbing duct 10 of the partition wall 9. The partition wall 9 comprises upper and lower rigid plates having a cavity 11. An elastic diaphragm 1 movably disposed freely in an axial direction between these plates.
