PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the performance of a punching device and prevent lowering of the life thereof by efficiently controlling heating of the punching device. SOLUTION: Flow passages of cooling water 41, 42, 43 are formed in a stripper plate 36 in contact with a cover material (c), an upper die base 33, to which heat is transmitted from the cover material (c) through punches 34, and a lower die base 31, to which heat is transmitted from containers (b) through dies 32, respectively. And cooling nozzles 51 are provided to blow cooling air against the cover material (c) transferred from a punching part, forward ends of the punches 34, and the stripper plate 36. Further, a cooling plate 20 is disposed upstream of a punching device to cool the cover material (c). |
