PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically listen to the sounds of the same broadcasting contents as television broadcasting through a radio broadcasting receiving means, while watching the image of the television broadcasting by outputting the sounds of radio in place of the sounds of television, when information in an information storage means shows the same contents of tuned television and radio programs. SOLUTION: Link information 20 is an external information device storing link data, showing whether or not the same contents are broadcasted by television and radio programs and a TEL 21 performs access through a telephone line to the link information 20. A modem 22 converts the digital link data acquiring command signal of a controller 19 into an analog signal and transmits it to the TEL 21 or converts the link data which more returned from the link information 20 to the TEL 21 into a digital signal and transmits it to the controller 19. A selecting means 23 is provided for selecting whether or not to acquire the link data of the link information and can be set by a user.
