PURPOSE: A functional shoe insole is provided to obtain dehumidifying, deodorization, and antibacterial functions. CONSTITUTION: A functional shoe insole is manufactured as follows. Biotite with 1-10 micrometer particle size range is obtained through drying, crushing, and sieving biotite. Fabric sheet dyed with biotite is obtained by pouring water and putting salt in the biotite and boiling fabric sheet. A functional fabric sheet for a shoe insole is obtained through rinsing with cold water. The functional fabric sheet is bonded to a shoe insole made of rubber or polyurethane. |
