<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonmagnetic single-component electrostatic charge image developing toner having excellent fixing property and offset resistance, showing stable electrification to produce good images even when the toner is used for continuous printing, and having excellent durability. SOLUTION: This electrostatic charge image developing toner contains at least a binder resin, coloring agent and electrification controlling agent. The binder resin contains a polyester resin produced by complex crosslinking of a polyester resin which contains divalent or higher valence epoxy compds. and unsatd. dibasic acids as source monomers. The glass transition temp. of the polyester resin described above is 55 to 85 deg.C, and its softening point is 90 to 180 deg.C.</p> |
